What we collect

When you place an order, Shopify — our checkout and payment provider — collects the information needed to process it: your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment card data is handled entirely by Shopify and its payment processors; we never see or store card numbers.

If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you submit. Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser until you check out.

How we use it

We use order information to produce and deliver your prints, send order and shipping notifications, and respond to questions. If you opt in to marketing at checkout, we may occasionally email you about new work — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that make the shop work: Shopify (checkout, payment, and order management), our print partner (your name and shipping address, so your order can be printed and shipped to you), and the providers that host this site and its contact form. We never sell your personal information.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate visits — no advertising trackers and no cross-site profiles. Shopify checkout sets the cookies required to operate the checkout itself.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@artbykatty.com. We will respond within 30 days. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
