The shop

Art by Katty sells archival giclée prints and framed prints of original artwork by Katty Staller. Every print is made to order — produced for you after you place your order — and sold as an open edition unless a listing states otherwise.

Orders and payment

Orders and payment are processed securely through Shopify checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example, where a listing contained a pricing error — and to decline orders at our discretion.

Shipping

Prints are made to order in the USA and typically ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees; occasional production or carrier delays can occur.

Returns and replacements

If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, we will replace it free of charge — email us at hello@artbykatty.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Because each print is produced to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for other reasons, so please check sizes, framing choices, and shipping addresses carefully before ordering. If something is wrong with your order, get in touch — we would rather make it right than lean on policy.

Artwork and intellectual property

All artwork, images, and site content are © Katty Staller / Art by Katty, all rights reserved. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display it personally; it does not transfer copyright or any reproduction, licensing, or commercial rights. For licensing inquiries, contact us.

Color and accuracy

We work to represent every artwork faithfully, but colors vary between screens and printed colors can differ subtly from what your display shows. Minor variation between the original painting, on-screen images, and your print is a normal part of fine-art reproduction, not a defect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art by Katty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
